Oulton – Permanent Addition of a Public Bridleway

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF MODIFICATION ORDER SECTION 53 OF THE WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR THE PARISH OF OULTON IN THE DISTRICT OF EAST SUFFOLK

SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (PARISH OF OULTON BRIDLEWAY 14) MODIFICATION ORDER 2023 On 04/08/2026 an Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs confirmed the above-named order with an amendment to the citation. The effect of the order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a bridleway from the current Footpath 8 (subject of order to upgrade to bridleway) at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) 65138,29409 (point E) to OSGR 65138,29385 (point F) on Church Lane as shown on the order map. Opening times: Monday 10am - 1pm: Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 1pm and 2pm -5pm; Sunday 11am - 4pm. The order became operative on 04/08/2026 but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers of Section 53 or that any of the requirements of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 have not been complied with, then they may within 42 days of the date of publication of this notice apply to the High Court.
