(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC)
(VARIOUS ROADS) ORDER No.1 NOVEMBER 2026

Notice is hereby given that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prevent any vehicles proceeding in the lengths of:

 WOODSIDE WAY, WILLENHALL that is situated from outside property number 51 to outside property number 55. (09:00 – 15:30, Wednesday 4 November 2026 only).
Reason for Order: Pole works.
Works on behalf of: Openreach.

 BRINETON STREET, WALSALL that is situated at its junction with Rollingmill Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a south westerly direction. (09:30 – 15:30, Friday 6 November).

 CROMPTON CLOSE, BLOXWICH that is situated from outside property number 2 to outside property number 12. (09:30 – 15:30, Friday 6 November).

 REMINGTON ROAD, WALSALL that is situated from its junction with Darwin Road to its junction with Darwin Place. (09:30 – 15:30, Friday 6 November).
Reason for Order: Highway maintenance.
Works on behalf of: Walsall Council.

 WAVERLEY AVENUE, PHEASEY that is situated from its junction with Beacon Road service road to its junction with Roxburgh Grove. (Monday 9 November 2026 to Friday 13 November 2026)
Reason for Order: Highway maintenance.
Works on behalf of: Walsall Council.

 CHURCH ROAD, BROWNHILLS that is situated from its junction with A452 High Street to the entrance to Church Road long stay car park (08:00 on Tuesday 24 November 2026 to 16:30 on Thursday 26 November 2026).
Reason for Order: Remedial works to rectify defect.
Works on behalf of: South Staffordshire Water.

 WESTGATE, ALDRIDGE that is situated from entrance to Kingsway South to the entrance to Westgate Trading Estate. (08:00 – 17:00) (Monday 30 November 2026 to Wednesday 9 December 2026).
Reason for Order: Repair defect to sewer.
Works on behalf of: Severn Trent Water.

This Order will come into operation on Wednesday 4 November 2026. It is anticipated that the works will be completed as close as possible to the dates above. Signed diversion routes (viewable on the website one.network) will be in operation for affected traffic. The Order will remain in force for a period of up to eighteen months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
