Temporary Road Closure Order 2026
On 19 September 2026 South Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on the North Bound section of Strathtay Avenue, between the entrance to Hairmyers Hospital and the B764 Eaglesham Road. The closure shall come into operation at 7.00am on Monday 9 November 2026 and will remain in operation till 11.59pm on Monday 16 November 2026.
