THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING, UNLOADING & PEDESTRIANS) (HOLLAND ROAD,THORNHILL ROAD, VAPRON ROAD) ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council intend to make the above order No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected:
Holland Road - between Abbotts Road and Vapron Road (parking only)
Thornhill Road - for its entirety (parking only)
Vapron Road - between Thornhill Way and Mannamead Road
From: 23rd November 2026 for a maximum of 18 months
To: 5th February 2027
Times: 24hrs
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable phased gas main works
