NOTICE is hereby given that South Staffordshire District Council intends to dispose of the leasehold land at Heron Drive, Penkridge, South Staffordshire. The proposed disposal is the sale of the leasehold to Penkridge Parish Council to use as a public playing field, recreation ground and play area.
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to South Staffordshire District Council, Wolverhampton Road, Codsall, WV8 1PX for the attention of the Assistant Director of Commercial, Assets and Estates.
A plan showing the area to be disposed of can be provided upon request by calling 01902 696000.
Any objections must be received by 5pm on Monday 23rd November 2026.
