Notice is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has made a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order on 19/10/2026, as detailed below:
Nature of Restriction: Road Closure Location: Adelaide Street, Oxford, Oxfordshire (side of 106 Walton Street)
Description of Works: Road closure for development works being carried out by Inside Out Developments.
TTRO reference: 1061 Duration: Starting on 06/10/2026
The anticipated completion date is 31/01/2027 (inclusive) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months for roads, or 6 months for other public rights of way).
Access: Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for properties within the closed section of road where reasonably practicable.
Suggested Alternative Route: Diversion via Adelaide Street, Walton Street, Observatory Street, Adelaide Street. Or Adelaide Street, Walton Street, Observatory Street, A4144, St Bernard’s Road, Walton Road.

The anticipated completion date is 22/01/2027 (inclusive) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months for roads, or 6 months for other public rights of way).

The anticipated completion date is 12/02/2027 (inclusive) (Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months for roads, or 6 months for other public rights of way).
Access: Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and for properties within the closed section of road where reasonably practicable.
Suggested Alternative Route: Diversion via Collinwood Road, The Link, Ridgeway Road, London Road and vice versa.
