Order Made: To close that part of A4184 Greenhill from its junction with B4624 Worcester Rd to its junction with U44503 Croft Rd.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: B4624 Worcester Rd, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A4184 Twyford Bank and A4184 Greenhill.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days. Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(B4083 Station Road, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of B4083 Station Rd from its junction with U47100 Racecourse Rd to its junction with U47098 Westcott Way.

Reason: Installation of a sub-station at a school by Western Power.

Alternative route: A4104 Wyre Rd, A4104 Link Rd, A44 Abbey View Rd, B4083 Terrace Rd, B4083 Station Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(U45017 School Street, Honeybourne) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U45017 School St from its junction with Corner Farm Dr (private road) to its junction with Reades Piece (private road).

Reason: Remedial utility work by SWT.

Alternative route: C2049 High St, U45017 School St (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 25 October 2026.

(C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Lane, Sheriff’s Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2117 Badgers Hill to Handgate Ln from its junction with U43606 Evesham Rd for a distance of 930 metres in a south westerly direction.

Reason: New replacement water main by STW.

Alternative route: C2117 Handgate Ln, C2011 Leys Rd, B4088 Evesham Rd, A44 Chadbury Bypass, A44 Evesham Rd, C2022 Efelbury Hill, C2117 Hill Furze and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 34 days. Commencing: 27 October 2026.

(U44512 Leicester Grove, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of U44512 Leicester Grove from its junction with U44513 Rynal St to its junction with St. Egwins Rd (Private Road).

Reason: Dropped kerb for vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route Clockwise: U44513 Rynal St, U44515 Swan Ln, A4184 High St. Anti-clockwise: A4184 High St, U44517 Oat St, U44519 Chapel St, U44514 Rynal Place.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 26 October 2026 and 28 October 2026.

(U44407 Brick Kiln Street, Evesham) (Temporary Closure) And The County of Worcester (Borough of Evesham) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1970 (Temporary Suspension (Part)) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44407 Brick Kiln St from its junction with Hopkiln Gardens (Private Rd) to its junction with U44413 Avon St and to temporarily suspend Schedule 6 Item 4 of The County of Worcester (Borough of Evesham) (Traffic Regulation) Order 1970 to enable two-way traffic on U44407 Brick Kiln St to allow access to residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.

Reason: Utility by BT.

No access for emergency services, must follow diversion route.

Order made: To close that part of C2268 Broadway Rd from its junction with C2268 School Rd for a distance of 1,135 metres in an easterly direction until the boundary with Gloucestershire.

Reason: Utility work by Bethmar Ltd on behalf of Gigaclear.

Alternative route: C2268 School Rd into Gloucestershire and vice versa.

Order made: To close that part of C2047 Station Rd from its junction with B4085 Blackminster to its junction with U45207 New Ln.

Reason: Air Valve inspection & Maintenance by SWT.

Alternative route: B4085 Blackminster, B4085 Station Rd, C2050 Long Hyde Rd, C2050 Bennetts Hill, B4510 Evesham Rd, and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 23 October 2026.

(C2263 Ab Lench Road, Church Lench) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Order made: To close that part of C2263 Ab Lench Rd from its junction with U43606 Evesham Rd for a distance of 135 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Telegraph pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: C2263 Main St, C2011 Low Rd, C2011 Rous Lench Green to Low Rd, C2022 The Green, C2263 Rous Lench to Ab Lench and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 26 October 2026.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U44540 Glencoe Rd from its junction with U44538 Coronation St to its junction with U44539 Montfort St.

Reason: Dropped kerb for vehicle crossing by WCC.

Alternative route: U44538 Coronation St, U44536 Deacle Place, U44533 Kings Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 17 November 2026.

(U47023 Lower Priest Lane, Pershore) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U47023 Lower Priest Ln from its junction with U47019 Church Row for a distance of 60 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Sewer works by GSA Groundworks Ltd.

Alternative route: U47019 Church Row, U47019 Church Walk, B4536 Broad St, B4084 High St, U47023 Priest Ln and vice versa.

No access for emergency vehicles, the diversion route must be maintained.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 16 November 2026.

(U45000 Mill Lane, Cleve Prior) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of U45000 Mill Ln from a point 245 metres west of its junction with U45001 Mill Cl for a distance of 95 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

Alternative route: No diversion as dead-end Road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 17 November 2026.

(U47221 Chapel Lane/U47231 Evesham Road/U47231 Main Road/U47216 Church Street/U47231 Worcester Road, Wyre Piddle) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: To close that part of Phase 1: U47221 Chapel Ln from its junction with U47231 Main Rd for its entire length.

Phase 2: U47231 Evesham Rd from its junction with U47209 Upper Moor to its junction with U47220 The Close.

Phase 3: U47231 Main Rd from its junction with U47218 George Ln to its junction with U47216 Church St.

Phase 4: U47216 Church St from its junction with U47231 Main Rd for its entire length.

Phase 5: U47231 Worcester Rd from its junction with B4083 Wyre Hill to its junction with U47231 Main Rd.

Reason: New replacement gas main by Wales & West Utilities.

Alternative route: B4083 Wyre Hill, B4083 Abbey View Rd, A44 Wyre Piddle Bypass and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 142 days (24hrs).

Phase dates:

• Phase 1: 16 November 2026 - 1 December 2026.

• Phase 2: 30 November 2026 - 18 December 2026.

• Phase 3: 4 January 2027 - 20 January 2027.

• Phase 4: 18 January 2027 - 19 February 2027.

• Phase 5: 22 February 2027 - 6 April 2027.

Commencing: 16 November 2026.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(A44 Evesham Road, Broadway) (Temporary 40 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2026

Order made: To impose a temporary 40 mph speed limit on that part of A44 Evesham Rd from its junction with U45617 Murcott Turn for a distance of 1325 metres in an easterly direction and in both directions.

Reason: Water main replacement by STW.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 135 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 October 2026.

(Footpaths SN-554 Stoulton and PP-519 Peopleton) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026

Order made: to close Footpaths SN-554 Stoulton and PP-519 Peopleton for their entire lengths.

The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge and boardwalk.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Footpaths SN-542 & SN-536 Stoulton, Footpaths WL-550 & WL-552 White Ladies Aston, and Footpaths PP-43001 & PP-509 Peopleton, C2115 Main Street and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 7 October 2026.
