C43B - TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C43b Flushing – 22.10.26) (Temporary 30mph Speed Limits) Order, 2026” has been made under Sections 14(1) and 15(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 22.10.26 until 22.04.28 and will introduce a 30mph speed on the C43b at Flushing. The temporary speed limit is necessary in the in the interest of public safety during construction access in the AP10 area.
