The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Fourth Avenue, Fifth Avenue, Ketley Bank (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst highway improvement works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 29/10/26 between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00. The following roads are affected: Fourth Av, Ketley Bank from its jcn with Second Av to its jcn with Fifth Av. Fifth Av, Ketley Bank from its jcn with Fourth Av to o/s property no.3. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 29/10/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
