On 23 June 2026 the above-named Order was not confirmed under Section 53(2)(b) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 by modifying the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by deleting Footpath 6 commencing on adopted highway Pave Lane at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference (OSGR) SJ 76026 16601 the route continues in a general southwest direction on a undefined route with a width of 1.5 metres for approximately 563 metres to join adopted highway Pitchcroft Lane at (OSGR) SJ 75559 16359.
