What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON
THE HILLINGDON (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 1985 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make this Order which will:
1. Amend the payment method to access the Hillingdon Residents Tariff to cashless only payments for all existing off-street car parks across the Borough.
2. Extend the operating times of the Blyth Road and Pump Lane car parks to operate on Sundays with tariffs as set out in the schedule below.
A copy of the notice of proposals, proposed Order together with full details and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposal can be sent upon request or viewed online at https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/improvement-schemes until 11th November 2026 Further information can be obtained by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk.
If you wish to comment on, or object to the proposals please write or email by 11th November 2026, stating grounds for objection and your home address to Transport & Projects, Residents Services, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW quoting reference 3N/04/21/10/26.
