(C2036 Houndsfield Lane, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of C2036 Houndsfield Ln from its junction with C2180 Alcester Rd to its junction with C2041 Hollywood Ln.
Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent Gas.
Alternative route: C2180 Alcester Rd, U23458 Shawhurst Ln, C2041 Hollywood Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 75 days (24hrs). Commencing: 16 November 2026.
(U43408 Lower Cladswell Lane, Cookhill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
Proposed Order: To close that part of U43408 Lower Cladswell Ln from a point 260 metres southwest of its junction with U43402 Cladswell Ln for a distance of 250 metres in a south westerly direction.
Reason: Installation of new customer connection by Power Service Installations.
Alternative route: U43402 Cladswell Ln, U43407 Mearse Ln and vice versa.
No access for emergency vehicles, the diversion route must be maintained.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24 hrs). Commencing: 16 November 2026.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2026
[Prohibition of Waiting on Bear Hill/St Laurence Close, Alvechurch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Alvechurch:
North side of Bear Hill: west from the junction with St Laurence Close for a distance of 15m in a westerly direction.
North side of Bear Hill: east from the junction with St Laurence Close for a distance of 10m in a easterly direction.
West side of St Laurence Close: from the junction with Bear Hill for a distance of 10m in a northerly direction.
East side of St Laurence Close: from the junction with Bear Hill for a distance of 12.5m in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
