NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL (pursuant to arrangements made with HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL) proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

A copy of the proposed Orders and associated documents may be inspected from Wednesday 21 October 2026 until Thursday 12 November 2026, online at: https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, or during normal opening hours, at: Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6AE.
