RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sydd yn gwahardd a chyfyngu aros a mannau parcio ar y stryd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Stryd Fawr (A497), Porthmadog o bwynt gyferbyn â Rhif 41 Stryd Fawr gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad de ddwyreiniol am bellter o oddeutu 25 metr.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar gyfer gwaith cloddio ar ran Scottish Power.
Rhoi o’r neilltu dros dro – Gorchymyn Cyngor Gwynedd (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu Aros a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Gorchymyn (Ardal Dwyfor Rhif 10) 2026 rhif teil CP145 cyn belled a’i fod yn berthnasol i’r ffordd uchod.
Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar yr 20fed o Hydref 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 4 diwrnod.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991

(HIGH STREET (A497), PORTHMADOG)
(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council have made an Order, the effect of which is to suspend the prohibition and restriction of waiting and street parking places along that length of High Street (A497), Porthmadog from a point opposite No.41 High Street travelling south easterly for a distance of approximately 25 metres.
The Order is necessary for excavation works on behalf of Scottish Power.
Temporarily Suspend The Gwynedd Council Order (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Street Parking Places (Dwyfor Area No.10) 2026 tile no. CP145 as far as it relates to the road specified above.
The Order came into effect on the 20th of October, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 4 days.
