Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way as the case may be for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2026/01264: OAKDALE FARM WEARE STREET OCKLEY RH5 5NN: Erection of a polytunnel for agricultural use.
MO/2026/01500: HIGHBURY HOUSE 29 CHURCH ROAD LEATHERHEAD KT22 8AT: Demolition of existing shed and erection of a detached workshop, green house, and summer house, with associated landscaping.
MO/2026/01501: BROCKHAM COURT FARM BROCKHAM GREEN BROCKHAM RH3 7JS: Erection of a stable block, sand school and associated hard standing.
MO/2026/01506: 14 HIGH STREET DORKING RH4 1AX: A new entrance is proposed to deliver level access into the Banking Hub and achieve DDA compliance.
MO/2026/01511: The Abinger Cookery School, Guildford Road, Abinger Hammer, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 6RZ: Removal of Condition 3 (zero-carbon ready) of planning application MO/2025/1128 for the change of use of former cookery school to convert into a detached dwelling with private garden and parking for 4 No. cars.
MO/2026/01512: April Cottage, Station Road, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7DF: Variation of condition 2 of planning application MO/2024/2201 for the Erection of single storey rear extension following removal of boiler room, garage conversion and alterations to allow the removal of 5 No. rooflights, repositioning of an external door and the addition of a flue.
