TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U4658 NETHERHALL CLOSE AND THE C407 CHAPEL ROAD, OLD NEWTON
Suffolk County Council Intends to make an order closing the following roads:
? U4658 Netherhall Close, Old Newton
? C407 Chapel Road, Old Newton at the access road to Netherhall. from the C407 to no. 33.
This is to facilitate footway slurry sealing works. Other
co-ordinated works may also take place dunng this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Chapel Road, Brown Street,
Hundred Lane, the B1113, Church Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 29/10/2026 -
30/10/2026 from 9.30am - 4.30pm but, if necessary, the
order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer
if extended by the Minister).
