(Disabled Persons) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Order, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the proposed Order would be to designate disabled parking bays operational 'at any time' on lengths of: Alma Road, Southall; Bellevue Road, West Ealing; Bellevue Road, West Ealing; Bournemead Avenue, Northolt; Bournemead Close, Norrtholt; Cherry Avenue, Southall; Clifford Close, Northolt; Curzon Road, Ealing; Enmore Road, Southall; Flemming Road, Southall; Newmarket Avenue, Northolt; Goring Way, Greenford; Hillary Road, Southall; Lockwood Road, Southall; Lyndhurst Avenue, Southall; Makepeace Road, Northolt; Mulgrave Road, Ealing; Newbury Way, Northolt; Norwood Close, Southall; Oldfield Lane North, Greenford; Potters Road, Southall; Shadwell Drive, Northolt; Shadwell Drive, Northolt; Tees Avenue, Perivale; Wadham Gardens, Greenford; Westcott Crescent, Hanwell; Woodhouse Avenue, Perivale, Greenford.
3. The proposed Order, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made, or the Council decides not to make the Order.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the intended crossings, or the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P37-26 until the 11 November 2026. All objections must specify the grounds on which is made and should include the address of the author.
