HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

B4251 Ffordd Fenter Sirhywi rhwng y gylchfan wrth y gyffordd ag A4048 (Pont y Siartwyr) a’r gyffordd â Waterloo am bellter o tua 1.5 cilomedr.

Disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn arfaethedig gychwyn ar 26 Hydref 2026 am gyfnod nid yn fwy na deunaw mis neu hyd nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, p’un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 30 Hydref 2026.

Bydd mynediad ar gael i Lôn y Llwynogod gyda chymorth gan TM Operations.

Mae llwybrau amgen ar hyd B4251 Yard Coal Rise, B4251 Parcffordd, B4251 Kendon Road, A467, A472, ac A4048.

Y rheswm dros wneud y Gorchymyn yw caniatáu gwaith atgyweirio i’r briffordd.

Mae angen y gorchymyn ar Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili.

B4251 SIRHOWY ENTERPRISE WAY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along

B4251 Sirhowy Enterprise Way between the roundabout at its junction with A4048 (Chartist Bridge) and its junction with Waterloo for a distance of approx. 1.5km.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 26th October 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 30th October 2026.

Access to Foxes Lane will be maintained with assistance from TM Operations.

Alternative routes are via B4251 Yard Coal Rise, B4251 Parkway, B4251 Kendon Road, A467, A472, and A4048.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for carriageway repairs.

The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
