(DWR Y FELIN ROAD, CLODA AVENUE, PRINCESS DRIVE AND RHIWLAS, WAUNCEIRCH, NEATH) ORDER 2026

NOTICE is given that the Council on the 12th day of October 2026 made an Order in pursuance of its powers as contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is as set out in the Schedule below. 

A copy of the Order and a plan may be inspected on the Council's Internet Website https://www.npt.gov.uk/traffic-regulation-orders-tros. 

The Order will come into force on the 26th October 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its powers on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under the Act have not been complied with, that person may within 6 weeks from the date upon which the Order was made apply for that purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE 1 - Prohibition of Waiting Loading or Unloading at any time.
1.1 Dwr Y Felin Road, Waunceirch, Neath (South East Side) 
From its junction with the southern kerbline of Rhiwlas to a point approximately 26 metres south east therefore

1.2 Dwr Y Felin Road, Waunceirch, Neath (South East Side)
From a point approximately 29 metres south east of its junction with the southern kerbline of Rhiwlas to a point approximately 39 metres south east of its junction with the southern kerbline of Rhiwlas, a distance of approximately 10 metres

1.3 Dwr Y Felin Road, Waunceirch, Neath (South East Side)
From a point approximately 139 metres north west of its junction with the north western kerbline of Wern Fraith to a point approximately 181 metres north west of its junction with the north western kerbline of Wern Fraith, a distance of approximately 42 metres
