NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,
Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Closure of Public Right Of Way DCY0584) Order 2026 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit any pedestrians proceeding on the Public Right of Way DCY0584 at the rear of Dudley Court North to Woodside Bridge on Pedmore Road, Dudley, to safely facilitate the removal of the temporary pontoon, being carried out on or near the affected public right of way. The order will come into operation on 02.11.2026 and will remain in force until 07.11.2026 (between 21:30 until 05:30 each day) or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. The maximum duration of the order is 6 months.
Pedestrians will be diverted via: Waterfront Way, The Gateway, Pedmore Road, and vice versa.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so. For further information on the restrictions in this notice, please contact Traffic
