HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam yn bwriadu gwaredu, drwy drosglwyddo rhydd-ddaliad, y tir â ffin goch a dwaeani fel hen Ganolfan Gymunedol Rhos-ddu, Lôn Price, Wrecsam, LL11 2NB a ddangosir ag ymyl coch yng Nghynllun Rhif 26/542/6. Mae'r tir y bwriedir ei waredu yn cynnwys y cyfan o hen safle Canolfan Gymunedol Rhos-ddu a ddangosir ag ymyl coch ar y Cynllun. Mae rhan o'r tir hwnnw, sef yr ardal a ddangosir â llinellau glas ar y Cynllun, yn cynnwys man agored cyhoeddus. Pwrpas y gwarediad arfaethedig yw galluogi symud Pencadlys y Sgowtiaid a'r Tywysogesau i'r cyn-ganolfan gymunedol yn Rhosddu. Gellir archwilio'r cynllun hefyd yn Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam LL11 1AY trwy apwyntiad ymlaen llaw. Rhaid gwneud gwrthwynebiadau i'r cynllun arfaethedig i waredu tir agored cyhoeddus (yn cynnwys tua 631 metr sgwâr) yn ysgrifenedig a'u cyfeirio at y Prif Swyddog Llywodraethu a Chwsmeriaid, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam LL11 1AY gan ddyfynnu “Hen Ganolfan Gymunedol Rhos-ddu - Hysbysiad man agored cyhoeddus” erbyn 06/11/2026 fan bellaf.

Wrexham County Borough Council Local Government Act 1972, Sections 123 (1) (2A)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wrexham County Borough Council intends to dispose, by way of a freehold transfer, the land and premises known as the former Rhosddu Community Centre, Prices Lane, Wrexham, LL11 2NB shown edged red on Plan No. 26/542/6. The land proposed to be disposed of comprises the whole of the former Rhosddu Community Centre site shown edged red on the Plan. Part only of that land, being the area shown hatched blue on the Plan, comprises public open space. The purpose of the intended disposal is to enable the relocation of the Scouts and Guides Headquarters to the former community centre in Rhosddu. The plan can also be inspected at the Guildhall, Wrexham LL11 1AY by prior appointment. Any objections to the intended disposal of the public open space (comprising of approximately 631 square metres) must be made in writing and addressed to the Chief Officer, Governance & Customer, Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham LL11 1AY quoting “Former Rhosddu Community Centre – Public open space notice” by no later than 06/11/2026.
