(Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 4) Order 2026
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers on 13th October 2026. The effect of the Order is as follows:
1. The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2024 as amended by The Borough of Warrington (Off-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 1) Order 2025, is hereby further varied or amended in so far as it relates to Schedules 2, 3, 4 & 6 by a variation of charges at The Forge/Winwick St/Car Park ‘A’ Town Hall/Davies Way/Henry St/Pepper St/Time Square Multi-Storey/Time Square Surface Level/Birchwood Train Station/Warrington West Train Station Car Parks as follows: -

The Order will be effective from 9th November 2026. Deposited documents may be viewed on-line at https://www.warrington.gov.uk/permanent-traffic-regulation-orders or Contact Warrington, 1 Time Sq, Warrington, WA1 2NT between 9am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 13th October 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
