(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that due to Ullswater Countryside Management carrying out path improvement works (the works) Westmorland and Furness Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians all of footpath no. 536065 between grid references 351406, 490998 and 351490, 490834.
A suitable alternative route for pedestrians is available via Bellingham and Wattsfield Road The Order will come into operation on 01 November 2026 as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, the order may continue in force for a period of up to six months or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
