PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26F/2862 & 26L/2863 - Martins Bank Water Street (2) Applicant Mr Olivier Scherb (Karrev (Martins) To carry out external works of alteration in connection with the refurbishment of the building in connection with its use for Business, Commercial and Service Use (Use Class E), including the installation of additional condensers at ninth floor level, the replacement of windows and the alteration of windows to accommodate louvres and associated ancillary works
26L/2853- Martins Bank Water Street (2) Applicant Mr Olivier Scherb (Karrev (Martins) Ltd). Planning application to vary condition 2, 3, 12, 13, and 21 attached to planning ref 22L/1793 (To carry out works to restore former bank in connection with its use for Business, Commercial and Service Uses (Use Class E)) so as to amend the approved drawings and supporting documents schedule, to include layout changes, revise fire strategy plan references and requirements, and update approved ceiling and bulkhead details, and sanitaryware strategy and location of roof terraces.
26H/2728 - 5 Lucerne Street (17) Applicant Lark Lane Housing Cooperative Ltd (C/O Northwest Housing Services) - To replace windows throughout.
26H/2243 - 45 Balmoral Road (6) Applicant Hemn Amin - To install render throughout and erect a single storey extension to rear alongside installation of a front porch.
25F/3431 - Former Valeo Foods Edge Lane (7) Mr James Fairhurst (Breck Homes Ltd & Partner Construction) - To erect 61 no. residential dwellings consisting of 3 no. detached houses, 42 no. terraced dwellings, 1 pair of semi detached dwellings and 14 no. townhouses with associated landscaping and infrastructure, following demolition of existing factory.
26F/2734 & 26L/2786 - Allerton Manor Golf Club Allerton Road (18) Applicant Allerton Gold Trading Ltd. To erect marquee for temporary period of 6 months for dining, drinking and special events with associated works.
26F/2634 - Land to the east of existing KFC, East Prescot Road (14) Applicant Sasa Corporation Ltd. Development of a single restaurant with drive-thru lane (Use Class E) with opening hours Monday-Friday 0530- 2230; Saturday 0530-2230 and Sunday/Bank Holiday 06300-2100, together with associated works.
26F/2628 - Junction Of Grafton Street And Stanhope Street (8) Applicant Anthony King. To erect 4 storey building comprising of commercial use on ground floor and 3 no. apartments to upper floors following the demolition of the existing onsite building.
26L/2574 - St George's Hall, Lime Street (1) Applicant Hannah Sweeney, Liverpool City Council. To install temporary lighting to the external 16 no. columns Hall and to internal windows of the North Hall for the Christmas period. To install 2 no. temporary illuminated columns and 13 no. suspended trees from existing eyebolts.
26H/2647 - 4 Whitney Place, Liverpool (25) Applicant Adams & Bushell. To install 2 no. rooflights to rear roof plane.
