DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae cau'r ffordd yn angenrheidiol er mwyn cynnal gwaith ailwynebu’r ffordd.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Heol Felindre, o ochr ogleddol ei chyffordd â Chylchfan Dolydd Felindre, tua’r de-ddwyrain am bellter o 340 metr (hyd at ffin Sir Rhondda Cynon Taf â Chyngor Bro Morgannwg).
Llwybr Amgen – ewch ar hyd Ffordd Felindre, yr A473, Heol Llangrallo, yr A473 Ffordd Waterton, yr A48 Crack Hill, a Ffordd Rhuthun.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerddwyr, cerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, ac ar gyfer cyrraedd eiddo.

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
The effect of the Order will be to close Felindre Road, from the northern side of its junction with the Felindre Meadow Roundabout, south-eastwards for a distance of 340 metres (to the RCTCBC County boundary with the Vale of Glamorgan Council)
Alternative Route – available via Felindre Road, A473, Coychurch Road, A473 Waterton Road, A48 Crack Hill and Ruthin Road.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians, emergency services and to premises.
Access WILL NOT be maintained for buses, coaches or Public Transportation.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Nighttime closures between 18:00 – 23:59 from 2nd November – 10th November 2026
