Notice is hereby given in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 of the Road
Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997 that the Department for Infrastructure, in
exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 7(1) and (3) of the said Road Traffic
Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, proposes to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit
on –
• A4 Annaghilla Road, Augher (from its junction with U0419 Annaloughan Road to its
junction with C0650 Feddan Road)
• C0651 Annaghilla Road, for its entire length
commencing on Saturday 17 October 2026 to Monday 16 November 2026, being satisfied
that traffic should be restricted or prohibited because works are being or are proposed to be
executed on or near Annaghilla Road.
Traffic signs warning that the use of the road is subject to the above speed limit restriction and
to indicate the nature and extent of the restriction will be erected on the road in due course

Notice is hereby given in compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 3 of the Road
Traffic Regulation (NI) Order 1997 that the Department for Infrastructure, in exercise of the
powers conferred on it by Article 7(1) and (3) of the said Road Traffic Regulation Order,
proposes to impose a 50mph speed limit on the A4 Dual Carriageway from a point one mile
east of the new A5 Ballygawley Roundabout to its junction with the roundabout commencing
on Saturday 17 October to Monday 16 November 2026 being satisfied that traffic should be
restricted because resurfacing works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near A4
Annaghilla Road.
Traffic signs will be erected on the road to indicate that its use is subject to the above speed
limit restrictions and to provide details of the nature and extent of those restrictions.

TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE
A4 ANNAGHILLA ROAD, AUGHER
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure for Northern Ireland, in its
capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of its powers under Article 7 (1) and (3)
and paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997
has made provision to:-
• temporarily close the A4 Annaghilla Road westbound lane from its junction with C0650
Feddan Road to its eastern junction with C0651 Annaghilla Road.
This road closure will commence at 5am on Saturday 17 October until 5am on Saturday 24
October 2026, being satisfied that the closure is necessary to complete resurfacing works.
During the road closure, the following traffic diversions will be in operation:
Westbound traffic will be diverted via the A5 Tullyvar Road, B0128 Favour Royal Road and the
B0128 Main Street, Augher.
Traffic signs to indicate the traffic diversions will be erected along the affected routes.

Notice is hereby given that the Department for Infrastructure for Northern Ireland, in its
capacity as Road Authority and acting in pursuance of its powers under Article 7 (1) and (3)
and paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland) Order 1997
has made provision to:-
• temporarily close the A4 Annaghilla Road from its westerly junction with C0651 Annaghilla
Road to its easterly junction with C0651 Annaghilla Road.
This road closure will commence at 5am on Saturday 17 October 2026 until 5am on Saturday
24 October 2026, being satisfied that the closure is necessary to complete resurfacing works.
During the road closure, the following traffic diversions will be in operation:
Eastbound traffic will be diverted via the C0651 Annaghilla Road
Westbound traffic will be diverted via the A5 Tullyvar Road, B0128 Favour Royal Road and the
B0128 Main Street, Augher.
Traffic signs to indicate the traffic diversions will be erected along the affected routes.
