The County of Cornwall (Infra24-155) (Halsetown) (Various Roads) (Speed Limit) (Revocation) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8th day of October 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from 15th day of October 2026 to regulate traffic in Halsetown.
The effect is to impose and amend speed limits as specified below. The roads affected by the Orders, including roads subject to existing provisions which have been consolidated, are detailed below. Each road is listed under any relevant new or consolidated speed limits which are proposed along its length.
The Order and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY. Alternatively, email traffic@cormacltd. co.uk or telephone 01872 327281 to obtain further information.

Access to Polmanter Farm; Road between Halsetown Road and Laity Lane.
30mph Speed Limit
B3311 between Halsetown Road and Glew Hill; Halsetown Road; Road between Halsetown Road and Laity Lane.
