C86M – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C86M, Bellabeg – 12.10.26) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2026” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 12.10.26 until 23.10.26 and will prohibit any person from driving on the C86M, Bellabeg from Croft of Torrancroy to Auld Cummerton.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety during fibre infrastructure installation works. An alternative route is available via the C86M – A97 – A944 – U89M – C86M and vice versa.
