HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod y Cyngor wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Heol Llanfair, Glanrhyd, Llanfihangel-ararth) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2026, gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr. Ar gau 24 awr y dydd. Y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y de o bwynt i’r gogledd o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd yw teithio ar hyd Heol Llanfair i’r gyffordd â’r U5264. Trowch i’r dde i’r U5264 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r C1150. Trowch i’r dde i’r C1150 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r B4459 yng Nghapel Dewi. Trowch i’r dde i’r B4459 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â Heol Llanfair hyd y pwynt i’r de o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Mae’r ffordd arall tua 3.9 milltir. Cafodd y Gorchymyn ei roi ar waith ar 15/10/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd y gwaith o gynnal y briffordd wedi’i gwblhau ymhen tua 4 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (C1036 a C1021 Llanwnnen, Llanbedr Pont Steffan) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2026, heb fod yn llai na 7 diwrnod o 20/10/2026, gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y briffordd honno. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr. Y trywydd amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y gorllewin o bwynt sydd i’r gogledd o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau ar yr C1021 bydd teithio ar hyd yr C1021 hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1018. Trowch i’r chwith i’r C1018 a theithiwch hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1036. Trowch i’r chwith i’r C1036 a theithiwch i bwynt sydd i’r gorllewin o’r man lle bydd y ffordd gau; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Pellter o tua 1.4 milltir i gyd. Y trywydd amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o bwynt sydd i’r gogledd o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau ar yr C1021 bydd teithio ar hyd yr C1021 hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1018. Trowch i’r chwith i’r C1018 a theithiwch hyd at y gyffordd â’r B4338. Trowch i’r chwith i’r B4338 a theithiwch hyd at y gylchfan yn Nrefach. Cymrwch y troad cyntaf i’r A475 a theithiwch am tua 2.2 milltir hyd at y gylchfan yn Llanwnnen. Cymrwch y troad cyntaf i’r B4337 a theithiwch hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1036. Trowch i’r chwith i’r C1036 a theithiwch am tua 1.3 milltir i bwynt sydd i’r dwyrain o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Pellter o tua 6.7 milltir i gyd. Y trywydd amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y dwyrain a’r gogledd o bwynt sydd i’r gorllewin o’r man lle bydd y ffordd ar gau ar yr C1036 bydd tetihio ar hyd yr C1036 hyd at y gyffordd â’r C1018 a dilynwch y gwyriad sydd eisoes yno (dylai’r traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y gogledd droi i’r dde a dylai’r traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y dwyrain droi i’r chwith); ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 09/11/2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym hyd nes y bydd gwaith i adnewyddu pibell sment asbestos bresennol y prif gyflenwad dwˆr ar ran Dwˆr Cymru wedi’i gwblhau – bydd hyn yn cymryd tua 2 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (Llanfair Road, Glanrhyd, Llanfihangel-ar-arth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. Closed 24 hours daily. The alternative route for southbound traffic from a point north of the closure is to travel along Llanfair Road to its junction with the U5264 . Turn right onto the U5264 and travel to its junction with the C1150. Turn right onto the C1150 and travel to its junction with the B4459 at Capel Dewi. Turn right onto the B4459 and travel to its junction with Llanfair Road and a point south of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 3.9 miles. The Order was implemented on 15/10/2026 and will remain in place whilst highway support works are completed in approximately 4 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 20/10/2026 to make the Ceredigion County Council (C1036 and C1021 Llanwnnen, Lampeter) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for westbound traffic from a point north of the closure on the C1021 is to travel along the C1021 to its junction with the C1018. Turn left onto the C1018 and travel to its junction with the C1036. Turn left onto the C1036 and travel to a point west of the closure; and vice versa. A total distanc e of approximately 1.4 miles. The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point north of the closure on the C1021 is to travel along the C1021 to its junction with the C1018. Turn left onto the C1018 and travel to its junction with the B4338. Turn left onto the B4338 and travel to the roundabout at Drefach. Take the first exit onto the A475 and travel for approximately 2.2 miles to the roundabout at Llanwnnen. Take the first exit onto the B4337 and travel to its junction with the C1036. Turn left onto the C1036 and travel for approximately 1.3 miles to a point east of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 6.7 miles. The alternative route for eastbound and northbound traffic from a point west of the closure on the C1036 is to travel along the C1036 to its junction with the C1018 and follow existing diversion (turning right for northbound traffic or turning left for eastbound traffic); and vice versa. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 09/11/2026 and will remain in place until renewal works of the existing asbestos cement mains for Welsh Water have been completed – approximately 2 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
