Rydym yn croesawu gohebiaeth yn Gymraeg. Byddwn yn ymateb i unrhyw ohebiaeth yn Gymraeg ac ni fydd hyn yn arwain at unrhyw oedi.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 24/10/2026 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of A539 Station Road, Overton, from its junction with A528 Salop Road, in an easterly direction to its junction with Oak Drive, a distance of 300m. In addition to the closure on A539 Station Road; Church Road, Overton from its junction with A539 Station Road, in a northerly direction for a distance of 40m, will be closed for safety reasons. Temporary traffic lights will also be in place for the duration of the closure on Penyllan Street and A528 Salop Road. The route for vehicles affected by the closure is via A528 from Overton Bridge to B5426 Straight Mile, A528 Overton Road, A525 Bangor Road through Marchwiel and Cross Lanes, A525 Whitchurch Road, A539 from Eglwys Cross through Penley to Overton Village which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 2 weeks (08/11/26), or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
