(b) on Great Peter Street, introduce "at any time" loading restrictions at its junction with Millbank;

(c) on Millbank, in the centre of the carriageway, opposite No. 5, remove the taxi rank (no stopping "at any time", except taxis); and

(d) revise the operational hours of the southbound bus lane on Millbank, adjacent to Victoria Tower Gardens, so that it would operate "at any time".

3. The Orders associated with Phase 2 of the scheme, which encompass the parking place provisions and waiting restrictions affecting Dean Stanley Street, as set out in the Notice of Proposals published on 1st October 2025, will be made in due course.

4. The Orders, which will come into force on 19th October 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until 23rd November 2026 at https://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank / public holidays).
