NOTICEISHEREBYGIVEN thattheWolverhampton
City Council have madean Order under Section
14(1)(a)oftheRoadTrafficRegulationAct1984,as
substituted bytheRoad Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991,prohibitingvehiclesfrom
proceeding on BateStreet,in bothdirections,from
outsideproperties 7-9.Access/egressto be
maintained.
The Order may operate for a maximum periodof
eighteenmonths,butitisanticipatedthattheworkswill
beundertaken from12th October 2026until
15thOctober2026.
The Order isrequiredto facilitateworksforalong
commpipeinstallbySevernTrentWater.
