What is happening?

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Claredon Place / Hillside Avenue, Dunblane) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will:

Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on Claredon Place / Hillside Avenue, Dunblane to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this order, should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 2-10-26.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Cowane Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking - No 3) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will suspend the parking on:

Cowane Street On the north-east side of the road from the most south-easterly point of the layby outside No’s 1-8 Cowane Street in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 25 metres or thereby from 21-10-26 until 28-10-26 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Polmaise Road, Stirling)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close:
Polmaise Road From its junction with Coxithill Road to its
junction with Greathill Road on 28-10-26 to
facilitate public utility works.
Emergency Service access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes: via Greathill Road, C10, Fairhill Road, Glasgow
Road, Borestone Crescent, Weaver Row,
Torbrex Road, Polmaise Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Craigleith Road / Glen Tye Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close:
Craigleith Road For its entire length.
Glen Tye Road For its entire length from 1900 hours until
0700 hours from 26-10-26 until 30-10-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A872, Glasgow Road / Borestone Place, Stirling) (Prohibition of Right Hand Turn) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26. 
The Order will:
Introduce a temporary restriction to vehicles turning right from Borestone Place onto the A872 Glasgow Road and from the A872 Glasgow Road into the north-westerly entrance to Vitamin D / Indigo Sun from 0930 hours until 1530 hours on 28-10-26 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Queen Street, Stirling)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) and (Barnton Street / Queen Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close:
Queen Street From its junction with Barnton Street to its
northerly junction with Upper Bridge Street from
0800 hours until 1700 hours from 16-11-26
until 27-11-26.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:
Barnton Street On the west side of the road from its junction
with Queen Street in a south-easterly direction
for a distance of 35 metres or thereby, and;
Queen Street On both sides of the road from its junction
with Barnton Street to its northerly junction
with Upper Bridge Street from 0800 hours until
1700 hours from 26-10-26 until 20-11-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Underwood Cottages, Cambusbarron) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking - No 2) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close and suspend the parking on:
Underwood Cottages From its junction with Gillies Hill to its junction
with Underwood Road from 0800 hours until
1800 hours from 26-10-26 until 30-10-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works.
Alternative Routes: via Gillies Hill, Wallace Place, Underwood
Cottages and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Carbrook Drive / Oak Crescent, Plean) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close:
Carbrook Drive From its junction with Burnside Crescent to its
junction with Beech Avenue, and;
Oak Crescent For its entire length from 0800 hours until
1700 hours from 21-10-26 until 4-11-26 to
facilitate roads maintenance works.
Alternative Routes: via Burnside Crescent, Main Street, Carbrook
Drive and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Harvey Wynd, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 2-10-26.
This Order will close:
Harvey Wynd For its entire length from 0800 hours until
1800 hours on 22-10-26 to facilitate the siting
of a crane.
