THE COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF ST. HELENS
(BORRON ROAD, SPEAKMAN AVENUE, AND FRAWLEY AVENUE, NEWTON LE WILLOWS)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St. Helens Borough Council propose not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in either direction along the roads outlined in Schedule 1, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The alternative route will be via the routes specified in Schedule 1.

The reason for making this Order is to facilitate the replacement of a section of water main.
