DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2 a 4 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a phob pŵer galluogi arall, a'i effaith fydd:

1. Amrywio’r Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig sydd wedi'i nodi yn Atodlen 1

2. Cyflwyno Cyfyngiadau Aros ar hyd y ffyrdd hynny sydd wedi'u nodi yn Atodlen 2 a 3

3. Cyflwyno cyfyngiadau aros, llwytho a dadlwytho ar hyd y ffyrdd hynny sydd wedi'u nodi yn Atodlen 3, yn ystod y dyddiadau ac amseroedd sydd wedi'u nodi Mae modd bwrw golwg ar gopi o'r dogfennau perthnasol drwy drefnu apwyntiad ym Mhrif Swyddfeydd Cyngor Rhondda Cynon Taf, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Stryd y Taf, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH ac yn Llyfrgell Porth, Plaza'r Porth, Heol Pontypridd, Porth, CF39 9PG neu ar-lein: www.rctcbc.gov.uk

ATODLEN 1 – Amrywiad
1. Bydd Rhestr Gorchmynion “Gorchymyn (Cydgrynhoi) (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar ochr y Ffordd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf 2012” yn cael ei amrywio fel a ganlyn:-

Bydd "Gorchymyn (Gwahardd Aros) 1976 Cyngor Sir Morgannwg Ganol (Heol Pretoria, Ffordd Llantrisant a'r Stryd Fawr, Tonyrefail)" yn cael ei amrywio drwy ddileu eitemau "i", "iii", "iv" a "v" o Atodlen y Gorchymyn dan sylw.

ATODLEN 2 – Gwahardd Aros ar Unrhyw Adeg

1. Heo l Pretoria
a. Yr ochr ogledd-ddwyreiniol, o'i chyffordd â'r Stryd Fawr, am bellter o oddeutu 70 metr tua'r de-ddwyrain.

ATODLEN 3 – Gwahardd Aros, Llwytho a Dadlwytho ar unrhyw adeg, gyda Gwahardd Llwytho a Dadlwytho rhwng 7am a 7pm

1. Ffordd Llantrisant
a. Yr ochr dde-orllewinol, o bwynt sydd 11.5 metr i'r gogledd-orllewin o bwynt sydd mewn llinell ag ymyl palmant gogleddol Heol Pretoria, tua'r de-ddwyrain am bellter o oddeutu 31.2 metr

2. Heol Pretoria
a. Yr ochr ogleddol, o'i chyffordd â Ffordd Llantrisant tua'r gorllewin am bellter o tua 24.6 metr.

b. Yr ochr ddeheuol, o'i chyffordd â Heol Llantrisant tua'r gorllewin am bellter o oddeutu 22.6 metr. 

c. Yr ochr ogleddol o bwynt sydd 0.4 i'r dwyrain o bwynt sydd mewn llinell â ffin eiddo gyffredin Rhifau 29 a 31 Heol Pretoria tua'r dwyrain am bellter o 43.5 metr

d. Yr ochr ogleddol, o bwynt sydd 70 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'i chyffordd â'r Stryd Fawr, tua'r dwyrain am bellter oddeutu 3.3 metr

(PRETORIA ROAD AND LLANTRISANT ROAD, TONYREFAIL)
(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:

1. The Traffic Regulation Order specified in Schedule 1 shall be varied

2. Introduce Waiting Restrictions on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 and 3

3. Introduce Loading and Unloading Restrictions on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 3 during the specified dates and times 

A copy of the relevant documents may be inspected by appointment at the Principal Offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH, at Porth Library, Porth Plaza, Pontypridd, Porth, CF39 9 PG or online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk  

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Floor 2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH or by email on TrafficConsultations@rctcbc.gov.uk

SCHEDULE 1 - Variation
1. The “Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2012” ‘Schedule of Orders” shall be varied as follows: -

“Mid Glamorgan County Council (Pretoria Road, Llantrisant Road and High Street, Tonyrefail) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 1976" shall be varied by the deletion of items “i”, “iii”, “iv” and “v” of the Schedule to that Order

SCHEDULE 2 – Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
1. Pre toria Road
a. The north-eastern side, from its junction with High Street, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 70 metres

SCHEDULE 3 – Prohibition of Waiting at any time, with Prohibition of Loading and Unloading between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm

1. Llantrisant Road
a. The south-west side, from a point 11.5 metres north-west of a point in line with the northern kerb-line of Pretoria Road, south-eastwards for a distance of approximately 31.2 metres 

2. Pretoria Road
a. The north side, from its junction with Llantrisant Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 24.6 metres

b. The south side, from its junction with Llantrisant Road, westwards for a distance of approximately 22.6 metres 

c. The north side, from a point 0.4 metres east of a point in line with the common property boundary of Nos. 29 and 31 Pretoria Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 43.5 metres

d. The north side, from a point 70 metres south-east of its junction with High Street, eastwards for a distance of approximately 3.3 metres
