THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (As Amended) Fulton Road And Rutherford Way (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
THE COUNCIL OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT Hereby Give Notice that, to facilitate diversion and installation of gas main for building development and associated works in Fulton Road and Rutherford Way, they intend to make an Order, The effect of which would be to prohibit:-
(a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in those lengths of:-
i. Fulton Road, the southern lane proceeding in a western direction, which lies between its junction with Rutherford Way and the eastern kerb line Olympic Way; and
ii. Rutherford Way, the western lane proceeding in a northern direction, which lies between a point opposite the northern building wall of No. 23 Olympic Way and the southern kerb line Fulton Road;
(b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the lengths of:-
i. the southern footway of Fulton Road, which lies between its junction with Rutherford Way and the eastern kerb line Olympic Way; and
ii. the western footway of Rutherford Way, which lies between a point opposite the northern building wall of No. 23 Olympic Way and the southern kerb line Fulton Road.
When and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 19th October 2026 and 8th November 2026 or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Fulton Road and Rutherford Way would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in (b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
