HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yi diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, wneud Gorchymyn a fydd air effaith o wahardd cerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd: Y rhan honno o lwybrau troed rhifau 13/2, 14/2, 14/3, 18/3, 18/4, 18/2, 26/2, 26/3, 26/9 Rhydri. 

Bydd y Ilwybr amgen i gerddwyr ar gael ar hyd Ilwybrau mynediad cyhoeddus amgen. Bydd y gorchymyn dros dro yn weithredol o 17 Hydref 2026 am hyd at chwe mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau. Disgwylir i'r gwaith gael ei gwblhau erbyn 17 Ebrill 2027.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2026 

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along: That section of Footpaths Numbered 13/2, 14/2, 14/3, 18/3, 18/4, 18/2, 26/2, 26/3, 26/9 Rudry. 

The alternative route for pedestrians will be available via alternative public access paths. The temporary order will be effective from 17 October 2026 up to a maximum duration of six months or until the works are completed. 

It is anticipated that the works will be completed by 17 April 2027. The closure is required by Euroforest Ltd.
