(UNNAMED ROAD TO CAMBRIAN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND CWM CLYDACH PARK VISITORS CAR PARK CLYDACH VALE, TONYPANDY)
(WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to:

1. Introduce waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1

A copy of the relevant documents may be inspected by appointment at the Principal Offices of the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH, at Tonypandy Library, De Winton Street, Tonypandy, CF40 2QZ or online at www.rctcbc.gov.uk 

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the Traffic Manager, Floor 2, 2 Llys Cadwyn, Taff Street, Pontypridd, CF37 4TH or by email on TrafficConsultations@rctcbc.gov.uk by 30th October 2026

SCHEDULE 1 – Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

1. Unnamed Road to Cambrian Industrial Park

a. The northern side of the road, from a point 20 metres west of the western edge of its junction with the unnamed road to Cwm Clydach Country Park visitor car park, north-eastwards for a distance of 60 metres

2. Unnamed Road to Cwm Clydach Country Park Visitors Car Park

a. Both sides, from its junction its junction with the Unnamed Road to Cambrian Industrial Park, in a generally northerly direction to the entrance of the Cwm Clydach Country Park visitor car park; spanning the entrance road’s length in its entirety
