Notice is given that the following planning applications have been made.

Ref no: PL/2026/0001653/RVC Address: The Gosford Arms, 65-66 Far Gosford Street Proposal: Two storey rear extension and change of use of upper floors to residential accommodation (Variation of Condition 8-noise assessment) to planning application FUL/2015/1142 granted on 21/09/2026 Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building, and would affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area

Ref no: PL/2026/0001247/FUL and PL/2026/0001698/ADV Address: Barclays, 25 High Street Proposal: Removal of 2no. external ATM machines and installation of 1no. new ATM with revised glazing (retrospective) Reason: The proposed works may impact the character and appearance of a Conservation Area 

Ref no: PL/2026/0001633/FUL and PL/2026/0001635/LBC Address: Coventry Retail Market, Queen Victoria Road Proposal: External refurbishment works, including repairs and alterations to the building façade, replacement and installation of glazed façade, refurbishment of the exposed concrete frame, associated works Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building 

Ref no: PL/2026/0001191/FUL Address: The Greyhound Inn, 20 Sutton Stop Proposal: Installation of a new electricity substation, together with associated electrical infrastructure, transformer, switchgear, underground cabling, service connections, ducting, security fencing, access and all associated engineering works, including the diversion and undergrounding of existing overhead electricity lines. Including work within the outside barn and meter housing as approved under LB/2019/2998 Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a Listed Building 

Ref no: PL/2026/0001673/RVC Address: Units 2-4, 96 Hearsall Lane Proposal: Erection of first floor extension to include additional ancillary office and staff areas to existing ground floor retail premises. Variation of condition No. 2 (drawings) to include dormers to increase office floor space; imposed on planning permission reference PL/2026/0000686/FUL granted on 12/06/2026 Reason: The proposed works may impact the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. 

Ref no: PL/2026/0001443/HHA Address: 63 Stanway Road Proposal: Replacement of windows with UPVC vertical sliding sash windows, replacement front door, removal of chimney to rear and associated works Reason: The proposed works may impact the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
