NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(HAWKSBURY DRIVE AND POPE LANE, PENWORTHAM, SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGH) (ROAD HUMP)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce a junction table in the following locations:
a) Pope Lane, Penwortham, from its junction with the centreline of Hawksbury drive for a distance of 17.4 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Pope Lane, Penwortham, from its junction with the centreline of Hawksbury drive for a distance of 22.5 metres in a westerly direction;
c) Hawksbury Drive, Penwortham, from its junction with the centreline of Pope Lane for a distance of 14.3 metres in a southerly direction.
The Junction Table will have a maximum height not exceeding 75 mm.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
