AMENDMENT ORDER No.64, (PART) APRIL 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that the Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council has MADE the above Order under Sections 1(1) and (2), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.

Restrictions under the Order

The Order will come into operation on 13 November 2026 and includes the following effects as advertised in the Express and Star newspaper dated 10 April 2026

The Order will include, but is not limited to
Removal/Addition of no waiting and no loading restrictions.

Removal/Addition of loading bays.
Removal/Additional bus stop clearway restrictions.

(Ref: GW/2265/6171). If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks from 9 October 2026, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
