The County of Cornwall (Hatchs Hill, Angarrack) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Angarrack. This prohibition is necessary for tree trimming works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th November 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Hatchs Hill, Angarrack between the junctions of Grist Lane and Nanpusker Road. An alternative route will be signed on site. The County of Cornwall (New Road, Rock Road, Lidden Road, Lariggan Road, Promenade, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for gas replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd November 2026 to 12th February 2027. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - New Road, Rock Road, Lidden Road, Lariggan Road, Promenade, for their entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Marazion. This prohibition is necessary for electrical service renewal works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd November 2026 to 5th November 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Fore Street, Marazion between the junctions of Ley Lane and Chapel Street. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Buryan. This prohibition is necessary for drainage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd November 2026 to 6th November 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - B3306 Between The A30 And Road Junction South Of Lands End Airport, St Buryan for its entire length. An alternative route will be signed on site. The County of Cornwall (Promenade, Under Chapel Yard, Quay Street, Road From Wharf Road To Quay Street, Coinagehall Street and Green Street, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Stopping) Order 2026

Notice is given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Penzance. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd November 2026 to 6th November 2026. Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Promenade, Under Chapel Yard, Quay Street, Road From Wharf Road To Quay Street, Coinagehall Street and Green Street, Penzance for their entire lengths.

The prohibitions will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
