RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Gwynedd yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw berson rhag peri i unrhyw gerbyd fynd mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd y B4402 yn Llandderfel o’i gyffordd gyda’r B4391 gan deithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol am bellter o oddeutu 350 metr.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn ar gyfer gwaith ailwynebu.
Y ffordd arall yw teithio mewn cyfeiriad gogledd orllewinol ar y B4391 a throi i’r dde yn y gyffordd gyda’r A494 yn Y Bala. Dilyn y ffordd hon mewn cyfeiriad gogledd ddwyreiniol hyd at y gyffordd gyda’r B4401 yn Llanfor. Troi i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad dwyreiniol. Yng nghyffordd y B4402 yn Llandderfel, troi i’r dde i deithio mewn cyfeiriad de orllewinol hyd at y caead ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer cerbydau sydd yn teithio i’r cyfeiriad arall. Bydd mynediad ar gael i drigolion.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar yr 16eg o Dachwedd 2026 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd hwy na un mis neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir y gellir cwblhau’r gwaith o fewn tua 4 diwrnod.

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
THE GWYNEDD COUNCIL
(B4402 ROAD IN LLANDDERFEL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gwynedd Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from causing any vehicle to proceed in either direction along that length of B4402 Road in Llandderfel from its junction with the B4391 travelling north easterly for a distance of approximately 350 metres.
The Order is necessary for resurfacing works.
The alternative route is to travel north westerly on the B4391 and turn right at the junction with the A494 in Y Bala. Follow this road in a north easterly direction up to the B4401 junction in Llanfor. Turn right to travel easterly. At the B4402 junction in Llandderfel, turn right to travel south westerly up to the closure and vice versa for vehicles travelling in the opposite direction. Access will be maintained for residents.
The Order comes into effect on the 16th of November, 2026 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding one month or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 4 days.
