ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
B6396 COUNTY BOUNDARY TO MINDRUM MILL MINDRUM
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B6396 County Boundary to Mindrum Mill Mindrum from its junction with C27 County Boundary to Brown Rigg Hill Junction heading in a westerly direction for a distance of 1500 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 29th October 2026 until the 9th November 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 29th October 2026 between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 9th November 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via B6396, B6352 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U1036 FENTON JUNCTION TO KIMMERSTON JUNCTION LOWICK
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U1036 Fenton Junction to Kimmerston Junction Lowick from its junction with U1037 Fenton Mill Junction to Fenton Hill Junction heading in a southwards direction for a distance of 850 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 14th October 2026 until the 23rd October 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 14th October 2026 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 23rd October 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via U1037, U1033, C34, C36 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

B6525 BERWICK ROAD
B6525 BERWICK ROAD TO DODDINGTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in the County of Northumberland.
B6525 Berwick Road from its junction with the A697 heading in a northeasterly direction for a length of 103 metres.
B6525 Berwick Road to Doddington from its point with Berwick Road continuing on in a northeasterly direction for a length of 348 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 19th October 2026 until the 19th March 2027.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 19th October 2026 until the 24th October 2026 between the hours of 20:00 until 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 19th March 2027.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6525, B6353, B6354, A697 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

A697 BETWEEN MILFIELD AND CORNHILL MILFIELD
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the A697 between Milfield and Cornhill from its junction with the C35 heading in a northwesterly direction for a length of 901 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 12th October 2026 until the 12th April 2027.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th October 2026 until the 17th October 2026 between the hours of 20:00 until 06:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 12th April 2027.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being A697, B6525, B6353, A697 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
