What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
(BADGER CLOSE (PART), MAIDENHEAD)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made
an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Badger Close from its northern junction with Ross Road westward to the southern boundary of No. 24 Badger Close.
The diversion route will be via Badger Close, Homestead Road and Ross Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate carriageway repair works and as a result there will be the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order shall be in operation between 08:00 hours and 17:00 hours on Friday 9 October 2026. Vehicles will be prohibited when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to
indicate the said restrictions.
