What is happening?

THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
BELMONT CRESCENT (PART), MAIDENHEAD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Belmont Crescent from its junction with All Saints Avenue eastward to the western boundary of No. 5 Belmont Crescent.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via BelmontCrescent, Belmont Road and All Saints Avenue.

The purpose of the Order is to facilitate work in the said public highway, namely, to undertake carriageway repairs and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.

The Order shall be in operation between 08:00 and 17:00 on Monday 12 October 2026. There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions..
