What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following applications have been made to Trafford Council.
Copies of the application form and plans for the following may be inspected via the Council's website. Any representations in respect of the proposals should be made in writing, stating the grounds on which they are made, and sent to the undersigned by 29th October 2026.

REGULATION 5
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREA) ACT 1990
For Listed Building Consent for Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for variation of condition 4 on planning permission 118433/VAR/26 (Application under Section 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990) for variation of condition 4 on planning permission 116886/VAR/25 (Application under Section 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas Act 1990) for variation of condition 4 on planning permission 115864/VAR/25 (Application under Section 19 of the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 for variation of conditions 3 and 4 on Listed Building Consent 111564/ LBC/23 (Listed Building Consent for the conversion of Grade II listed former canal warehouse building to form 32 apartments including roof extension, partial demolition, repair and alteration).
