Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Pyrcroft Road (D3004) Chertsey as extends from its junction with Brookside (D3004) to its junction with Lasswade Road (D3008).

This Order is required to enable Cadent to facilitate utility works and associated works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 2 November 2026 for 2 months between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm.

On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of Chapel Street (D4015) Guildford.
This Order is required to facilitate utility works for, or on behalf of Thames Water.

Alternative Route: (B3411) Frimley Road, (B3165) Stratford Road, (B3166) Lynchford Road, and (B3166) Lysons Avenue, or this route in reverse.

On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1), 14(7) and 15(8)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicles from driving or proceeding in that length of; (a) Harpers Road (D67) Ash as extends from its junction with the access to the properties known as “Pine Cottages” to its junction with (X7413) Great Hawleys Lane; (b) Suspend “The Surrey County Council Harpers Road (D67) Ash Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2025”, “The Surrey County Council Harpers Road (D67) Ash Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026”, and “The Surrey County Council Harpers Road (D67) Ash Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.) 2026” insofar as they affected that length of road specified in part (a) of this Notice.

On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Salt Box Road (C14) Worplesdon as extends from its junction with (A320) Woking Road to its junction with the access to the property known as “Stringers Barn”. Alternative Route: Salt Box Road, (A322) Worplesdon Road, Stoughton Road, and (A320) Woking Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate telecom pole replacement works for, or on behalf of Morrison Telecom Services Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 day, between the hours of 8am and 6pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026.

Woking Road (A320) Guildford
Temporary Bus Lane Suspension Order 2026
On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to suspend the existing bus lane situated in that length of (a) the southbound carriageway of Woking Road (A320) as extends from its junction with its roundabout with the trunk road entering the (A3) Guildford – Godalming By- Pass to its junction with the trunk road exiting the (A3) Guildford – Godalming By-Pass; (b) Suspend “The County Council of Surrey Woking Road (A320) Guilford (Bus Lanes) (No. 1) Order 2002” insofar as it affects that length of road specified in part (a) of this Notice.
This Order is required to facilitate a safe working zone for, or on behalf of ClearView Surveys Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 1 night, between the hours of 9pm and 5am, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary suspension of the bus lane will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed and/or covered up (as appropriate).
The prohibition referred to above will not apply: (i) in respect of anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; (ii) in respect of anything done in accordance with any restriction or requirement indicated by traffic signs placed on the highway by or on behalf of the Police; (iii) to any vehicle being used in connection with the works.
High Street (D5438) Godalming
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Management Order 2026
On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Order under section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) High Street (D5438) Godalming as extends from its junction with (D5427) Queen Street to its junction with (D5420) Moss Lane; (b) prohibit vehicles from exiting (X68140) Harts Yard from turning left into (D5438) High Street; (c) that length of High Street (D5438) Godalming as extends from its junction with (D5420) Moss Lane to its junction with (D5403) Church Street from travelling in any other direction other than eastwards; (d) Suspend “The Surrey County Council High Street Godalming (One Way Traffic Order) 1995” insofar as it affects that length of road in part (c) of this Notice.
Alternative Route: High Street, Bridge Street, (A3100) Bridge Road, (A3100) Flambard Way, High Street, Station Road, Church Street, High Street, Moss Lane, The Burys, and Bridge Street.
This Temporary Traffic Order is required to facilitate mains water drainage and connection works for, or on behalf of Etec Group.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 26 days between, the hours of 8am and 5pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 October 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure and prohibitions, which are anticipated to be in operation 24 hours per day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Roke Lane (D142) Witley as extends from its junction with (D656) Sunny Down to its junction with (X939) Access from Roke Lane to Barrow Hill School. Alternative Route: Sunny Down, Wheeler Lane, Gasden Lane, (A286) Haslemere Road, and Roke Lane, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to facilitate mains water connection works for, or on behalf of Cascade Water Services Ltd.
These works are anticipated to be carried out over 3 days, between the hours of 8am and 4pm, within the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 19 October 2026.

On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of; (a) Parsonage Road (D664) Cranleigh as extends from a point in line with the common boundary between property No.12 and No.14 Parsonage Road to its junction with (X664) St Nicolas Close; (b) the western-most junction of Glebe Road (D664) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with (D664) Parsonage Road to a point in line with the common boundary between No.1 and No.3 Glebe Road; (c) the eastern-most junction of Glebe Road (D664) Cranleigh as extends from its junction with (D664) Parsonage Road to a point in line with the common boundary between property No.48 and No.46 Glebe Road.

Temporary Closure Order 2026
On 07 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic (including pedestrians and cyclists) from entering or proceeding in that length of B374 Brooklands Road, Weybridge that extends from its junction with B374 Heath Road, to its junction with B472 St Georges Avenue.
This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out installations and or highway improvements and/or surfacing and/ or maintenance works.
These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8pm and 6am, within 4 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 12 October 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained under direction of operatives on site.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:- 1. prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in the entire length of – 1. Ockford Ridge (D5425) Godalming and 2. Quarry Hill (D5425) Godalming; and 2. revoke item 3 to the Schedule to “The Surrey County Council Various Roads in Waverley Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order (No.3) 2025”.
Alternative route – Hawthorn Road, Primrose Ridge, A3100 (Portsmouth Road), Eashing Lane and Franklyn Road, or this route in reverse.
This Order is required to enable the Council to facilitate major maintenance and associated works. These works are anticipated to be carried out as soon possible during the 18-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 1 November 2026. Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Traffic Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Drovers Way (D68) Ash as extends from its junction with (D66) Ash Green Road to its junction with the access to the property known as “Woodberry”.
This Order is required to facilitate underground de-silting of telecom civils and cabling works for, or on behalf of CX Telecoms. These works are anticipated to be carried out over 12 days, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 02 November 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure
will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access to premises within the affected length of road, including access by emergency service vehicles to these properties will be maintained at all times, via the banksmen on site, as will access for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists. A309 Kingston By-Pass, Long Ditton
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of the eastbound carriageway to A309 Kingston By-Pass, Long Ditton that extends from its junction with A309 Hook Rise North, to its junction with A3 Esher By-Pass.
This Temporary Traffic Order is required to enable Transport for London to carry out cyclic maintenance and/or resurfacing and/or maintenance works at the “Hook Underpass”. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 10pm and 5am, in phases, of 2 consecutive nights in each phase, within the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 26 October 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.

Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of B373 Hanger Hill, Weybridge that extends from its junction with A317 Queens Road, to its junction with B374 Heath Road. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to carry out installations and or highway improvements and/or surfacing and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 8pm and 6am, within 2 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 26 October 2026.
Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained under direction of operatives on site. Access for emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the alternative route: – B374 Brooklands Road, A245 Byfleet Road, B365 Seven Hills Road, A317 Queens Road, B373 Hanger Hill, A317 Monument Hill, A3178 Weybridge High Street and B374 Heath Road. Public Bridleway 68 (Leatherhead)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2026
On 08 October 2026 Surrey County Council made the abovementioned temporary order, the effect of which is to prohibit all traffic on foot or by any other means from entering or proceeding along that length of Public Bridleway 68 (Leatherhead) from grid ref: 513337 152332 to grid ref: 513347 152112.
The Order is necessary in the interest of public safety due to bridge repairs and maintenance.
The closure will be in operation for a period of three months from 12 October 2026 or completion of the works – extendable by the Secretary of State for Transport if required.
The temporary closure will only be in operation when appropriate road traffic signs are displayed on site by the County Council or an authorised person acting on its behalf. Access to properties will not be affected.
The suggested alternative route from grid ref: 513337 152332 for equestrians and cyclists is to head north on Bridleway 68 (Leatherhead) for 430 metres then generally south on Byway 104 and 101 (Leatherhead) and 98 (Wotton) for approximately 1,362 metres then follow Bridleway 99 (Wotton) north east then south east then east for 420 metres. Then head north on Bridleway 100 (Wotton) for 460 metres to grid ref: 513347 152112.
The suggested alternative route from grid ref: 513337 152332 for pedestrians is to head west on Footpath 89 (Leatherhead) then head generally south on Byway 101 (Leatherhead) and 98 (Wotton) for 718 metres, Then head south east on Footpath 99 (Wotton) for 188 metres, then continue east on Bridleway 99 (Wotton) for 123 metres. Then head north on Bridleway 100 (Wotton) for 460 metres to grid ref: 513347 152112.
