In addition, it will be necessary to restrict the use of the following parking bays to Blue Badge Holders only: Those 6 parking bays located on the north side of South Parade, that run for a distance of 35 metres, and which begin 9.5 metres from the junction with East Parade; and those 3 parking bays located on the south side of South Parade, that run for 18 metres, and which begin 43 metres from the junction with East Parade. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Sections 81, 84, 85, 87, 89, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’), the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers, proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a 30MPH Speed Limit on: 1.
