I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

17 Manorway Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01345/FULH

Mr & Mrs Robinson is applying for planning permission for Single strory rear extension with 2No. roof windows, first floor side extension over existing garage, summer house/office to rear garden. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

Cromex Catering LTD is applying for planning permission for Replacement of first floor windows. Retrospective change of use from a private residential flat to commercial use to be used for dry stored goods, staff toilet, office and staff room for the business below. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk or at our Quadrant East Offices between 0830-1300 Mon & Fri and 1300-1700 Wed.

Persimmon Homes Ltd is/are applying for planning permission for: Residential development of up to 2,700 dwellings comprising: Full planning application for 683 residential dwellings, a new spine road, road bridge, and associated highways, drainage infrastructure and landscaping. 

Outline planning application sought for up to 2,017 dwellings, land reserved for a potential primary school but if not required then an alternative use both subject to a future separate planning permission, up to 1000sqm of retail floorspace, new metro station and associated highways, drainage, site wide servicing, landscaping infrastructure and demolition works (Amended plans/ documents received Oct 2026).

The application is being advertised as it involves major development . The development proposed would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 applies.

The application is accompanied by an environmental statement. The environmental statement, plans and documents are available to be viewed online via public access at www.northtyneside.gov.uk
